Proper prep. We fill, sand and prime first — that's what decides how it looks in two years.

Depends on length, height, the build-up (acoustic, fire-rated, moisture-resistant) and whether there's a door or services running through. Send a photo or plan — we usually come back within two working days.
Usually. HDB flats typically need a renovation permit and an HDB-registered contractor; condos need MCST approval and have fixed working hours. We'll tell you what applies and help with the paperwork — but confirm current requirements with HDB or your MCST directly, as rules change.
Yes. We wrap and sheet everything and clear up daily. An empty unit is faster and we'll price it keener, but occupied is normal for us.
A single partition wall, one to three days including skimming. A full-unit repaint, two to four. Ceilings vary — you get a day count in the quote.
Yes, supply and apply, with the brand and finish stated in the quote. Bought your own or want a specific line? We'll price labour only.
We walk the job with you at handover and snag it there. Anything that shows up later and is down to our workmanship, we come back and fix.
